The garden is producing! I canned salsa for the first time WITHOUT my mother this year! And I learned a valuable lesson...TASTE TEST! We hadn't added very many chillis, but by the time we tasted it, it was already too hot. Oh well. I'll just serve it with sour cream I guess. My mom likes it hot....not so much for me and Parker, but it was still lots of fun!
