But I tucked a napkin into his shirt, and let him do his best to get a bite of soup into his mouth...and now it's like his favorite food! He'll eat an entire bowl by himself (which means he dumps half the spoonful back into the bowl before it reaches his mouth. But I don't mind cuz it's really cute. So, here's a video of Caleb eating his soup.

If two's company, and three's a crowd....what's four?
I've been feeling pretty sick lately. An extra sensitive smeller, makes it so the dishes must never pile up, garbage must always be taken out, and leftover food needs to be put away by Parker and not me. I hit the sack around 10:00 at night, and if it's later than that.....I'm just even more queasy. And my least favorite part....I'm hungry every 3 hours....and if I don't eat, then I just get sick. I'm also very emotional lately. Last weekend Parker felt so bad for me, he came home with a bouquet of flowers and my favorite candy bar (hershey's cookies and cream). SO SWEET!! The flowers are beautiful! He's totally adding up his brownie points. But none of you need to worry, I've been to the doctor, and it's nothing that nine months won't cure....or actually it's only seven now...but you get the idea.
Today I had an uultrasound....healthy heartbeat, one inch long. It's an it! Now everybody can quit asking me when we're gonna have another kid, cuz in January, we'll be a family of four!

King of Pop

Some of you may or may not have heard that Michael Jackson died today. Cardiac arrest, though they won't say HOW THAT happened yet. But this post is not a loving memory post, it's just me giving my two-cents on the matter, cuz that's what I get to do with this blog of mine. I just want you all to know, that despite all the crazy things that went on in this guy's life (especially towards the end.....and lets be honest, he got pretty freaky there) I have always been, and will forever be a fan of Michael Jackson's music. I have like 3 mix CD's of all my favorite songs, and to this day I work out to his songs on my ipod. I always thought it'd be cool to someday go to a Michael Jackson concert (big money I know....but it's Michael JACKSON!) but I guess that'll never happen. But, I am still determined that one day I will learn all the dance moves to the "beat it" video. Now, I tried to embed the video onto this post...but you tube has disabled the embedding mechanism on all his videos. (I've heard Michael Jackson has some of the most strict copywright laws on his stuff...I wonder if that has anything to do with it). So you'll just have to go to you tube and watch the video yourself. Just thought you all might wanna know....yes I am a fan.

Man of the day, of the year....of my LIFE.
Through all the changes in our lives, Parker has been a pillar of strength and a continuous example to me as well as Caleb. He is my best friend, and the love of my life. I am so grateful to have this man as my eternal companion. Things will come and go in our lives, including our children. But Parker will always be there by my side. I love him very much. Happy Father's day Parker.

It's Back On!!
Well, if you didn't get the gist of it last year, I am a serious fan of the TV show "So you think you can dance". And last week was the official first episode of the top 20. So, of course (I'm sure I'll be doing this every week) I've posted a few of my favorite dances so you all can see how awesome it is!
Oh by the way, I LOVE this show!

Five Years
On Friday June 5th, Parker and I celebrated our 5th anniversary. We went to Boise and had dinner at this new restaurant called Barbacoa. It was AMAZING!
And then we went to the movie theatre and saw "Angels and Deamons." Which we really enjoyed. Parker and I don't get to see many movies.
And then we went to the movie theatre and saw "Angels and Deamons." Which we really enjoyed. Parker and I don't get to see many movies. I just want to add that Parker is my best friend in the world. When I was in missouri for my grandpa's funeral, I was with my family...my parents, and my brother. But whenever I thought of something I wanted to say, or a shoulder I wanted to lean on (which I know I could with my own family)...but I wanted my husband more than anything. I can't believe five years has already gone by. And we've been through so much: the wedding and honeymoon, 3 apartments and 2 parent's houses, graduation, the birth of our son. And now that we're back on our own again, I just can't get over how nice it is to get to be together with just our family.
Now I love our son, he is in many ways the part of life that keeps us the busiest right now. But at the end of it all, he will grow old and find an eternal companion with someone else. And it's gonna be me and Parker.....forever. I am so glad that we have eternity. He is my love, my friend, my companion, and a wonderful husband.
I hope the next five years are just as good...no, I'm sure they'll be better. Parker I love you.
Everyone needs a Wagner!
Caleb wanted to help paint, so I gave him a small bucket with a sponge brush and we let him paint a piece of plywood on the ground that dad had been using to defer rain run-off from the gutter-less roof. He thought it was pretty fun.
And the last video is what happened 5 minutes after we finished painting the side of the house. RAIN! Surprisingly, the paint didn't really run all that much. It'll take a little touch-up work, but not much.
